Warranty Information
Your product is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one (2) year warranty (unless otherwise specified) of the original consumer purchaser.
This device was built to exacting standards and carefully inspected prior to shipment. This 2 year Limited Warranty is an expression of our confidence in the materials and workmanship of our products and our assurance to the consumer of years of dependable service.
In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the device.
This warranty does not cover device failure due to owner misuse or negligence, or normal wear and tear. The warranty does not extend to non-durable components, such as rubber accessories, which are subject to normal wear and need periodic replacement.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days
after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you
received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll
also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@willtochange-devices.com. If
your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your
package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be
accepted.
